DMCA Policy

AIGH.cc respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

Takedown Notices

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through the site by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated Copyright Agent.

Upon receipt of a Notice as described below, AIGH.cc will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the site.

Information Required in DMCA Notice

  1. Identify the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
  2. Identify the material that you claim is infringing (or to be the subject of infringing activity) and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material, including at a minimum, the URL of the link shown on the site where such material may be found.
  3. Your contact information including your mailing address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notifications

If you receive a notification that your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint, and you believe the removal was in error, you may file a counter-notification.

A counter-notification must include:

  1. Identification of the material that has been removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the USA, for any judicial district in which AIGH.cc may be found).
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

AIGH.cc reserves the right to terminate users who are deemed to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
