Service Description
AIGH.cc is an AI-powered image generation platform that allows users to create images from text prompts. Our Service includes:
- AI image generation from text descriptions
- Image storage and history management
- Subscription-based access (Free, Premium, Ultimate tiers)
- Credit-based usage system
User Accounts
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service

- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Do not share your account with others
Subscription Plans and Credits
Subscription Tiers
- Free: 20 credits/month, basic features, watermarked images
- Premium: $20/month, 2,000 credits/month, fast queue, no watermarks
- Ultimate: $40/month, 10,000 credits/month, highest priority, advanced features
Credits
- Each image generation costs 10 credits
- Credits are granted monthly based on your subscription tier
- Unused credits may expire according to your plan terms

- Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable once used
- Strict No-Refund Policy: We do not offer full refunds for subscriptions where credits have been used. Refunds, if approved, are strictly pro-rated based on unused credits only.
- Initiating a chargeback or dispute for used services will result in immediate account termination.
Billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
- Annual billing offers 40% discount
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
Acceptable Use
You May
- Use generated images for personal and commercial purposes (paid plans)
- Share your generated images publicly
- Use prompts from our Gallery for inspiration
You May Not
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create adult content (NSFW), pornography, or sexually explicit material
- Create content that infringes on others' intellectual property
- Generate deepfakes or non-consensual intimate imagery
- Attempt to bypass security measures or abuse the system
- Resell or redistribute our Service without authorization
- Use automated systems to abuse the API or service
Content Ownership
Your Content
- You retain rights to your text prompts
- Images generated with paid subscriptions are yours to use commercially
- Free plan images include watermarks and are for personal use
Our Rights
- We retain rights to the AI models and underlying technology
- We may use anonymized usage data to improve our Service
- We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms
Intellectual Property
- The AIGH.cc name, logo, and branding are our trademarks
- The AI models and software are our proprietary technology
- You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Service
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Specific results from AI generation
- Accuracy or quality of generated images
- Availability of all features at all times
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for content you generate using our Service
Termination
By You
- You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time

- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
- We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
- Upon termination, your access to generated images may be lost
Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via email or website notice.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AIGH.cc operates. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration.
